Pahuja is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Automotive Skills Education, BSDU since February 2018. He is a Doctorate (2018) and M. Tech. (2012) from Punjab Engineering college Deemed to be University Chandigarh and Thapar University Patiala respectively and holds a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology Hisar (2009). Previously he held position as Assistant Professor, in Mechanical Engineering Department at Manav Rachna International University Faridabad, Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology Samalkha Respectively. He also held Lecturer Position at Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology Hisar. Worked as Teaching cum Research fellowship at Punjab Engineering College Deemed to be University, Chandigarh. Worked as a Principal In-Charge of Faculty of Automotive Skills Education for 6-months. He has Published more than 30 research papers in Journals and conference of National and International repute.

His research is in the areas of Automobile Engineering, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning, Sustainable Manufacturing, Nanofluid, Surface Engineering, Machining.
